About this book
The Power of Your Subconscious Mind is Joseph Murphy's classic guide to the hidden part of the mind that shapes everyday life. First published in 1963 and still widely read, it explains how the subconscious accepts whatever we impress on it, and how beliefs, fears and expectations quietly become the circumstances we live in.
Murphy, an Irish-born New Thought minister, writes simply and warmly, in short chapters full of stories and examples. He sets out practical methods such as affirmations, visualisation, mental pictures and prayer, and applies them to health, relationships, money, work and peace of mind. Readers are shown how to replace limiting thoughts with constructive ones and how to hold a calm, confident inner picture of what they want.
This is an inviting first self-help book for anyone curious about the mind and personal growth, and a rewarding re-read for readers who already enjoy New Thought and law of attraction writing. Order online from Books Land Nepal for delivery across Nepal.
